Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of website design, hosting, and related services ("Services") provided by Anthroflow ("we," "our," or "us"). By engaging Anthroflow for Services, you ("Client," "you," or "your") agree to these Terms.

1. Services Provided

We provide:

  • Website design and development tailored for Adult Family Homes (AFHs)
  • Mandatory website hosting through our platform
  • Integration with Google Business Profile
  • Ongoing support and maintenance
  • Search Engine Optimization (SEO) included as part of your service package
  • Optional professional photography packages (if available)

Clients may provide business information, logos, and photos. Logos and photos remain the property of the client. All other aspects of the website remain the property of Anthroflow.

2. Payment and Billing

  • Our Services are offered on a subscription basis (monthly fee, upfront setup fee, or both).
  • Payment is required in advance for each billing cycle.
  • If you cancel, your website will remain online until the end of your current billing cycle, after which it will be taken offline.
  • No refunds are provided for any fees already paid.

3. Client and Provider Responsibilities

  • You agree to provide accurate business information and materials for your website.
  • Anthroflow is responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable healthcare advertising regulations in Washington state.
  • Content changes must be submitted to Anthroflow; clients may not directly update site content without our assistance.

4. Ownership and Intellectual Property

  • Anthroflow retains ownership of all website designs, templates, code, and hosting environments.
  • Your subscription grants you a license to use the website while your account is active and in good standing.
  • If you cancel your subscription or fail to pay, the website will be taken offline and you will not retain ownership of the design, code, or hosting environment.
  • Logos and photos provided by the client remain the property of the client.
  • Any professional photography purchased through Anthroflow will be licensed according to the terms provided at the time of purchase.

5. Client Data & Deliverables

  • You always retain ownership of the raw materials you provide (logos, text, and photos).
  • Anthroflow retains ownership of the website design, code, structure, hosting environment, and any proprietary tools used to deliver the Services.
  • If your subscription ends, Anthroflow does not transfer or provide website source files, templates, or hosting access.
  • If you would like to continue using your logos, text, or photos outside of Anthroflow's Services, you are free to do so.

6. Limitations of Liability

  • Anthroflow provides Services on an "as-is" basis.
  • We are not liable for any loss of revenue, business interruption, or damages resulting from website downtime, errors, or third-party services.
  • Our liability, if any, will be limited to the total fees you paid us during the three (3) months preceding the claim.

7. Termination of Services

  • We may suspend or terminate Services if you fail to pay or violate these Terms.
  • Upon termination, your website will be taken offline.
  • We may retain backups of your website data for up to 90 days after termination, after which they may be permanently deleted.

8. Governing Law and Disputes

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA.
  • Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Washington.

9. General Terms

  • You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to act on behalf of your business.
  • These Terms may be updated occasionally, and the latest version will always be available on our website with the "Last Updated" date.
